CCRA has streamlined the process for TRUE certification.
CCRA says it has become easier for government agencies to obtain TRUE codes thanks to technology that helps speed up applications. Additionally, our identity verification process makes this process more secure.
To receive true certification, agents must provide proof of a legal structure (such as a corporation or LLC) and travel sales license to do business in California, Florida, Hawaii, Washington, and Iowa.
CCRA also created a new position: Assistant Vice President for TRUE Excellence. Holly Carrig-Matthews will play the role.
Carrig Matthews has been with CCRA for 11 years. As the face of her CCRA Member Services department, she has hosted PowerSolutions events and webinars for members.
In his new role, he will focus on leading the growth of the Member Services department.
Additionally, CCRA's Irene Pasquesi has been named TRUE Advisor and Manager of Supplier Success. Her role is new. Ms. Pasquesi runs her own travel agency, first getting her IATA number and then her TRUE code, and she has been working with CCRA for her six years.
CCRA also introduced the TRUE Handbook, a guide highlighting the benefits of TRUE certification and a new referral program. Other initiatives are also being rolled out to celebrate his 50th anniversary of CCRA.
